MARIEKE VAN DEN BERGH
Marieke’s experience representing clients across a range of personal and relationship matters spans the last 15 years.
Marieke has particular expertise in care of children matters and relationship property disputes, as well as in other areas of family law.
Marieke acts as a Family Court appointed lawyer acting for children, and also acts as a lawyer appointed to assist the Court.

DAN VINCENT
Dan is a highly regarded family and civil law litigator with over 20 years’ experience. Having appeared in courts across New Zealand, including the highest levels, he is adept in litigation, negotiation, advocacy and legal strategy.
Dan represents clients in relationship property disputes and issues arising from relationship breakdowns, including child support, spousal maintenance and care of children. He also handles matters involving family trusts and closely held companies. A recognised expert in international child relocation and abduction cases, he has appeared in the Family Court and on appeal in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
He manages a lawyer-for-child practice and is experienced under the Care of Children Act 2004, Family Violence Act 2018 and Oranga Tamariki Act 1989.
In addition, Dan has extensive civil litigation experience, conducting trials in the District and High Courts on matters such as building disputes, contractual issues and insolvency, and continues to take selected cases.
