MARIEKE VAN DEN BERGH
Marieke’s experience representing clients across a range of personal and relationship matters spans the last 15 years.
Marieke has particular expertise in care of children matters and relationship property disputes, as well as in other areas of family law.
Marieke acts as a Family Court appointed lawyer acting for children, and also acts as a lawyer appointed to assist the Court.

GRETCHEN HAMLEN-WILLIAMS
Gretchen practised in a general barrister's chambers from 2012 until moving to Family Lawyers in 2017.
She has worked as an employed barrister and now as a barrister sole.
Gretchen has experience in a wide range of practice areas, and particular expertise in family and estate litigation.
